Ann-Sofie Snåre has been with Finnair since 2016, joining the company as a project director in strategy and business development before transitioning into Finnair’s fleet management in 2018, focused on fleet transactions and fleet strategy. Before joining Finnair, she held a position as head of operations support at Nordic Regional Airlines. She has been 20 years in the airline industry.

Ann-Sofie holds a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology (Aalto) and an Aerospace MBA from Toulouse Business School.
